My fitness and eating habits.
I am student of FPT polytechnic, today I will talk about my fitness and eating habits. In my opinion. Eating and exercise habits play an extremely important role in maintaining health and improving quality of life.
My day begins very early in the morning, I usually get up at 5.00 After having got up I clean my bed, wash my face, brush my teeth. I usually participate in physical activities such as running, cycling, and practicing calisthenics. I do these exercises at a nearby park or at the gym.
I try to exercise at least five times a week, each session lasting about an hour. Occasionally, I work out with friends or family to add more motivation and fun. I do this to maintain my health, increase endurance, and reduce stress. After each workout, I feel very refreshed and full of energy.
Then
I replenish my energy by eating, I often eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean meats and fish to provide my body with adequate nutrients. I stay away from foods high in sugar, salt and saturated fat such as fast food, sweets and fried foods. Unhealthy eating habits such as snacking too much, skipping breakfast or eating late at night can negatively affect your health and figure.
In the evening I often play sports like soccer, basketball, badminton and volleyball with my friends. Playing these sports helps us relieve stress after a day of studying.
